Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you travel for destination weddings & elopements?

Yes! We LOVE to travel for destination weddings! We charge our standard package price and only add the cost of flights and accomodation for the night prior and night of the wedding, we will cover everything else :)

2. Do you help with planning our  sessions?

Yes! We are happy to provide ideas for locations surrounding your venue and will always have done some pre-scouting if it's somewhere we have not been before to get the best spots on the day with minimal effort.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Cancellation will result in loss of deposit which is paid on booking. Rescheduling will be subject to availability but no loss of deposit will occur unless the new date is unavailable resulting in cancellation.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

You will receive all images in digital form. We provide a personalised keepsake USB for our wedding and elopement packages. We are happy to help create printed albums at an additional cost. We are happy to provide printing and framing recommendations as well!

5. Do you offer videography?

For a traditional "big" wedding we do not, if you're keen on having video we recommend you book a specialised videographer. If you are planning an intimate elopement we can definitely discuss adding this service into your day.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

If there is a vague style you like, feel free to share but usually couples book us for our natural, candid narrative style images. If you're keen on structured and posed images, I'm going to be honest- we are probably not your people.

7. Can we meet before the session?

This is a MUST do for us for all elopement, wedding and small business branding bookings. This can be in person or via zoom if you're not a Hobart local. This is to make sure we get to know you and what makes you tick so we can specially support and help you design your dream day! For family portrait sessions we usually just do an intake phone call to make sure we have all our ducks in a row.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

This will depend on the situation but I am not a patient human when I'm waiting for images, so as quickly as possible! Usually 24-48 hours for a sneak peek and within 2 weeks after your shoot for full gallery upload. 9 times out of 10 delivery is much quicker than the 2 week mark.
